Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy: Your appointments are very important to the AHM Team. We take your appointment as a verbal contract and it is reserved especially for you. Please understand that when you book out an appointment time we have to turn away other customers who would have also needed this specific date and time. For this reason, please note that all deposits are both non refundable and non transferrable. Deposit payments are strictly for the appointment date and time booked and any cancellation will mean you will forfeit and lose your deposit. Please be aware that if you are late to an appointment, the following rules apply: - If you are late to your appointment we will try our best to fit you in before your appointment end time. This may mean choosing a more natural look which will take less time or having just eyes instead of a full face. As we are usually fully booked we will not be able to run over your allocated time slot and your remaining balance will remain the same as the whole appointment time has been reserved for you. COVID Policy: - In the event that we are forced to close the salon due to another lockdown, all deposits will remain non refundable but will be transferable up to 6 months after the reopening date. - Please be aware your appointment may be moved to a different member of our team at any point if needed. We take your booking and deposit payment as agreement and consent for us to carry out the makeup services on the day of your appointment.
